Physician, Researcher, Microbiome Consultant
Medical doctor Molecular Biology researcher Microbiome consultant
After completing medical school, I pursued my doctoral studies at the Doctoral School of Molecular Biology at Semmelweis University, where I gained experience in drug research and development aimed at the treatment of type 2 diabetes. I earned my PhD in this field in 2014. During my doctoral years, I developed a deep understanding of both medical and biological sciences, with a particular focus on molecular biology research. This experience sparked a growing interest in health preservation and supporting human development.
In 2022, I completed a Health and Nutrition Life Coach training, which expanded my knowledge in the fields of nutrition and lifestyle. I then furthered my expertise by completing the Microbiome Training Program organized by Deltabio, and most recently, I successfully completed a training in Applied Nutritional Science.
With this combined knowledge, I take a comprehensive, integrative approach to understanding the human body and health—placing special emphasis on the impact of the microbiome and nutrition. Drawing from both my professional and personal experience, I truly believe I can provide effective support to individuals seeking to adopt a healthier lifestyle and maintain their physical and mental well-being.
