Dr. Lilla Kissné Lucza
Microbiome Consultant, Health Psychologist Specialist
Health Psychologist PhD student Microbiome consultant
I obtained my Master's degree in Psychology in 2019 from the University of Szeged. By the end of my training, my focus had turned toward the psychological aspects of somatic illnesses and the importance of health preservation. I completed my 3-year clinical internship at the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Szeged and at the Neurosurgery Department of Szent János Hospital in Budapest. In 2022, I passed my board certification and became a licensed Health Psychologist. In parallel with my clinical work, my PhD research focuses on functional somatic symptoms, and as a university lecturer, I am involved in developing higher education programs in healthcare related to this field.
My interest in nutrition grew through organizing prevention-focused health clubs, which eventually led me to deepen my knowledge in this area. At HealWays, I further expanded my expertise and completed the Deltabio Microbiome Training Program. I also completed a training in Applied Nutritional Science. Both my clinical experience and academic work have reinforced my belief that effective treatment and patient satisfaction require a biopsychosocial approach—one that understands the human being as a complex and integrated whole.
