Functional Nutrition and Microbiome Consultant Psychologist Professional Director

Since adolescence, I have had a deep passion for organic chemistry, biochemistry, and biology. I studied biology, and because I was equally interested in the human body and mind, I specialized not only in clinical psychology but also in religious and family psychology.

Alongside my interest in natural sciences, my dedication to understanding health was likely influenced by my father’s severe diabetes. I continuously followed emerging research and information on nutrition and its impact on both physical and mental health, emotional well-being, and social relationships. My first husband was from Indonesia, and through both the cultural exposure and my experiences living there, I became increasingly aware of the benefits of a more natural approach to diet, lifestyle, and even parenting.

Among the many disciplines I’ve explored, psychosomatics has captured my interest most—particularly the question of how stress, interpersonal relationships, and lifestyle factors influence physical and mental health. I’ve also studied trauma, which often shapes patterns not only in family dynamics but also in an individual’s physical and emotional constitution, including metabolic function.

I have completed multiple trainings in functional nutrition and functional medicine across various institutions, and I regularly attend professional conferences—especially in Germany. I am a certified and continuously trained consultant by the Institut für Funktionelle Medizin und Stressmedizin (Germany’s leading institute for functional and stress medicine).

In addition to helping many individuals with chronic health conditions significantly improve their quality of life, I am committed to sharing knowledge through lectures and educational programs. At HealWays, we regularly organize such events.

My goal is to go far beyond general dietary guidelines and contribute to meaningful, targeted health improvements—sometimes even full recovery—through natural interventions in nutrition and lifestyle.

I currently live in Hungary and have six adult children.
